May 31, 2012 · You don't need to remove the governor or the distributor - in fact, it would be better if you didn't, so you don't have to worry about getting the governor back in correct time. They're not cheap parts but it saves you from having to pull the governor off a second time. I have worked on Farmall H and M governors before but never on a cub.
