Just clean the case surfaces real good with brake cleaner, scuff up the paint some with sandpaper or a wire brush if you want, slob a bunch of silicone adhesive on the back side of the case covers, spread it somewhat evenly, and slide them into place. Also, can they be removed without any negative remains ? how about a preferred adhesive, they reccomend Had a buddy with a DRZ400s go downs the other day and bust a hole in his case on the clutch side.
